This acorn squash recipe is a fall STAPLE in our house! Makes the entire house smell so pleasant & like fall 🍂
Acorn Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
- 🍂butter
- 🍂 brown sugar
- 🍂 cinnamon
- 🍂 acorn squash
Instructions:
- In a baking tray, add 1/4 cup of water (or more depending on the size of the tray)
- Cut your acorn squash in half
- Turn the oven on to 400F
- Place the acorn squash skin side up on the tray and bake for 45 minutes
- Once the 45 minutes are up, flip them back up & add butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon! Bake for another 15 minutes!
- Serve warm and enjoy 🤎
