Homemade Fire Cider Recipe


Every year my list of homemade medicine grows- this year we’re adding 🔥 fire cider🔥  A simple, powerful blend of apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, onions, and so much more. It boosts immunity, fights inflammation, clears sinuses, and supports digestion — a natural defense through the cold months!

Ingredients for Fire Cider

• 2 raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

• 2 lemon (sliced)

• 2 orange (sliced)

• 2 small onion (chopped)

• 2 head of garlic (crushed)

• ½ cup fresh ginger root (grated)

• 1–2 jalapeños or cayenne peppers (optional, for extra heat)

• 2–4 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

• Raw honey (to taste, added after straining)

•A few pieces of Peppercorn 

•A few cloves

•A few cinnamon sticks 

•The core of a pineapple 

(You can also add turmeric and horseradish) 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except honey) to a glass jar.
  2. Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture until everything is covered.
  3. Let steep for a few weeks in a cool, dark place — shake daily.
  4. Strain, add honey to taste, and store in the fridge.

Take 1–2 tablespoons daily for prevention, or every few hours at the first sign of sickness.
